Devan is a veterinarian and systems architect with over 18 years of leadership experience across regulated environments, AI-driven operations, and enterprise system design. He leads DevCo’s strategic and technical direction, focusing on governance-embedded AI architectures and secure communication operating systems.
Vithushini Siva
Legal & Regulatory Partner
Vithushini is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya with over 20 years of experience in regulatory compliance and legal advisory. Called to the Malaysian Bar more than 15 years ago, she brings cross-sector experience spanning accountancy, import & export, and enterprise regulatory frameworks. At DevCo, she oversees legal alignment and compliance strategy to ensure our solutions meet the governance and regulatory requirements of institutional clients.
Thivya Muniandy
Lead Systems Engineer
Thivya is an experienced AI developer with a strong foundation in machine learning and computer vision, contributing to the design and implementation of DevCo’s core intelligent systems. She plays a key role in building scalable, secure architectures that support AImara’s data-driven workflows and enterprise-grade communication infrastructure, ensuring technical robustness and operational reliability across our platforms.

Salim is a frontend and product engineer with experience in crafting responsive, user-centric interfaces and dynamic web experiences. At DevCo, he leads the development of intuitive and efficient user interactions for AImara, ensuring our platforms are both technically robust and aligned with enterprise usability standards. His work bridges design intent with scalable frontend architecture, contributing to seamless and reliable user experiences.
